Growing with kids

Two options include the Young Growers Field Notes booklet — a kid-friendly way to track, sketch and color the mushroom's growth day by day. Recommended for ages 6 and up. A mushroom kit goes from bag to harvest in about two weeks, which is just about the right attention span for a first growing project.
